iRAY / ADM MQD Mount for RICO MICRO
The iRayUSA / American Defense MQD mount for the iRAY RICO MICRO Series of thermal optics allows the user to quickly and easily attach their optic to a weapon, and in a variety of configurations.
When combined with the iRAY PICTAIL Adapter, the iRayUSA / American Defense MQD mount can be used to attach the iRay RICO MICRO to any weapon that has a MIL-STD-1913 picatinny rail. This allows the RICO MICRO to properly function as a standalone weapon sight or as a clip-on thermal imager.
The combination of these two mounting formats creates a system that is more accurate when used on a weapon and can quickly be moved to a helmet platform without any changes to the configuration of the optic.
In standalone optic mode there is 4.5 inches of rear offset, and when reversed for use in clip-on mode the MQD and PICTAIL shrink the rear offset to just 1.5 inches. In clip-on mode the required forward rail space is just 4 rail slots in front of a day optic making the PICTAIL and MQD the perfect combination for shorter platforms like SBRs.
PLEASE NOTE: For weapon mounting the iRayUSA PICTAIL Adapter is REQUIRED.
