The InfiRay Outdoor RICO MICRO RL25 V2 Series is an advanced thermal optic miniaturized to deliver remarkably versatile functionality. The RICO MICRO has the unique ability to function as a handheld or helmet-mounted monocular, as well as a weapon-mounted unit. When weapon mounted, it can serve as a standalone optic, or used as a clip-on in front of a daytime scope.
The RL25 V2 expands on the capabilities of the original RL25 with several enhancements. A USB-C port allows simplified external power, and the internal recorder now features crisp audio along with 64 GB of internal storage. An improved 1440 x 1080 AMOLED display paired with a new eyepiece allows for a more comfortable viewing experience as well as improved capability in the clip-on function. This new display is 80% larger than the previous generation with 97% more pixels. The largest improvement though is within the sensor, which now features an NETD rating of ≤18mK vs the RL25 V1 with ≤50mK. These improvements provide the user with stunning image quality, and powerful features. Additionally, the RL25 V2 now includes the clip-on mode formerly only found on the RH25.
The RICO MICRO is built tough with a machined magnesium housing. When weapon mounted it is designed to stand up to heavy recoil and is rated up to 7mm / 300 WM.
The RL25 V2 is powered by a single, non-proprietary 18650 battery which allows for up to four hours of operating time per charge. The new USB-C port allows connection of any external battery or vehicle source for even long run times.
