The NOCPIX VISTA H50R is an advanced, long-range thermal monocular that utilizes a lightweight, but rugged housing along with a high-level set of features and performance.  The VISTA features a 640 x 512, 12µm, ≤15 mK NETD thermal sensor combined with a 50mm F/0.9 Germanium objective lens to provide a base magnification of 4.0x.  This sensor along with an ultra high-resolution 2560 x 2560 circular AMOLED display which includes an integrated laser rangefinder provides exceptional image quality at long range.

The VISTA is powered by the IBP-7 rechargeable lithium battery which provides five hours of operating time.  The battery includes onboard charging which allows charging of the battery without a standalone charger.  Additionally, the VISTA can be powered externally through a USB-C port for even longer operating times.

A low-profile, onboard laser rangefinder is incorporated into the objective of the VISTA, and provides accurate range data out to 1200 yards.  It can operate in continuous or single-firing modes.  Additionally, this design gives the VISTA a much lower profile than most other comparable thermal monoculars as the LRF module doesn’t increase the size of the optic.  In addition to streamlining the housing, this design allows the LRF module to be much more closely aligned with the center of the objective lens in order to provide more accurate range data.

Other features of the VISTA include onboard video and image capture, standby mode, multiple color pallets, NOCPIX App compatibility, simple in-line controls, electronic image stabilization, 1/4-20 thread socket for quick-plate or tripod mounting, and a rugged housing built using polymer with a rubberized coating.
