The Black Oak 2” Infrared LED light pod system provides reliable, vehicle-mounted IR lighting in a compact, rugged, “turn-key” package. These IR light pods emit powerful 850nm wavelength IR illumination which increases performance of night vision optics, and greatly improves safety while driving.  These lights utilize actual IR LED's, instead of filters used by other manufacturers.  

These 2” IR pods are designed for rugged use on trucks, side-by-sides, boats, or any other application. The die-cast aluminum Dynamax housing is IP69K and US MIL810-STD rated for durability and is ceramic coated to resist exposure to UV, saltwater, and overall corrosion. A two stage “Hydrex” seal lock gasket further ensures waterproofing, and all wiring harnesses as well as switches are also sealed.

The Black Oak “Turn-Key” IR lighting kit includes (2) two-inch IR LED Light Pods, mounting brackets, mounting hardware, 2-piece connecting cable, wiring harness, and switch. This is everything needed to install these light cubes for most applications.
